A minimum of 2.5 acres is required. The land should not be too far from the local population to reduce commute time for children, and must be away from hazardous industries. Location, accessibility, infrastructure visibility, neighbourhood safety, and competition are key factors our team evaluates.

Can I open in a city where there already is a Jaipuria School? +

Yes — subject to our approval based on analysis that it does not interfere with the existing school's marketing and operations, and does not directly compete with the existing Jaipuria school in that city.

How much investment do I require? +

That would depend on size of your plot, location, city, etc. Whilst the figures would vary, we estimate a first phase investment of INR 8-9 crores for setup and running initially. Total project cost is typically ₹14–18 Crore. We would be happy to share a detailed project report with you at the necessary juncture.

What about student fees, uniforms, and books? +

We can jointly decide on the fees charged per student once discussions move forward. School fees has various components such as Tuition Fees, Admission Fees, Annual Charges, Development Fees etc., which would also vary as per location of the school. We will provide list of books, design of uniforms etc. along with our choice of vendors. You are welcome to use our vendors or have your own, provided standards set by the company are met.

How long will it take to start? How many students can I expect? +

This would depend on the location and your existing setup; we estimate anything between 3 months to 12 months as a broad time frame for you to get rolling. Number of students would depend on your location. Our structured onboarding process and admission guidance support is designed to maximise first-year intake.

What about hiring and training of staff? +

We will be hands-on with you for the first round of hiring. We will do their training as well. This includes comprehensive induction and training programmes, annual on-site trainings (3 per year), quarterly online sessions, and IT/ERP training for all teams.

When is the franchise / sign-up fee paid? Is it refundable? +

One-time Partnership / Upfront / Sign-up fees has to be paid at the time of signing of Letter of Intent (LOI) post site visit, background check and discussions, and has to be fully paid before signing of the Agreement. The sign-up fees and service fees payable and paid is fully earned, and fully non-refundable.
